Congratulations to Kenzie Sharratt who was crowned Miss Transylvania 2019 at Trachtenball on Saturday, March 2nd.
Kenzie is currently studying at University of Guelph majoring in English and doing a double minor in Marketing and Psychology. She has been a member of the dance group since 2014. She is thrilled to be representing the Transylvania Club as their Miss Transylvania 2019 and looking forward to a fun filled year!
Miss Transylvania represents the Transylvania Club at various club and cultural events throughout the year including Heimattag and Kitchener-Waterloo’s Oktoberfest.
“The Transylvania Club Ladies’ Auxiliary (Frauenverein) is having its annual gala event on Saturday, February 2, 2019. Join us for a sultry night in “Morocco” and enjoy some delicious cuisine prepared by the ladies, live music (Wildbahn) and door prizes. The event will take place at the Alpine Club (464 Maple Ave., Kitchener). Tickets are available now at the Transylvania Club office (41 River Road, Kitchener) Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 to 1:00, or call the office at 519-744-1191 to reserve your tables. Cost is $35 per person. See you there!”
