Wir begrüßen die Regensburger Blaskapelle der Siebenbürger Sachsen und die
Trachtenträger der HOG Henndorf unter der leitung von Vorsitzender Johann
Umberath die uns am Donnerstag den 21. September im Transylvania Klub
besuchen.

The Blaskapelle from Regensburg made up of 18 Musiker and the Trachtenträger
group of 33 Saxons from the HOG Henndorf will be travelling to the USA to
participate in the Steubenparade in New York City on Saturday September 16 th .
After visiting various cities in the USA they will be coming to Canada for three
days and look forward to coming to Kitchener-Waterloo on Thursday September
21 st to visit our region and enjoy a Cultural Evening at the Transylvania Club.
Together with our Transylvania Club Choir, the Youth Dance Group and the
Hofbräu Band we welcome the group from Germany for this Cultural evening
starting at 7:30pm. The Blaskapelle from Regensburg will perform a presentation
of their repertoire of waltzes’, polkas and marches for us. They look forward to
meeting their fellow Saxons at the Transylvania Club, especially those that come
from or have roots in Henndorf Siebenbürgen.

I would like to invite all Transylvania Club members and friends to attend this
Cultural Evening to support our Untergruppen and meet our fellow Saxons from
Germany. Tickets for the evening will be available at the door and drinks, coffee
and cake will be available for your enjoyment.
